Kronia® is hiring an IT Support / Service Desk Analyst ) to join a growing IT Operations team supporting modern enterprise environments across London & Brighton (On-site).
You’ll be doing
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Configure, manage, and maintain macOS and Windows devices using Jamf Pro (Mac) and Microsoft Intune (Windows).
- Ensure compliance with security policies, encryption standards, and MDM protocols.
- Administer Google Workspace (user accounts, groups, permissions, and security settings).
- Support end-user requests related to Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Admin Console.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure health across systems.
- Assist with patch management, OS deployment, and automation tasks.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and access management.
- Maintain internal documentation, procedures, and known issue guides.
- Collaborate with support, systems administrators, and security teams to maintain uptime and improve user experience
The skills you bring
- 4-6 YOE in IT Support.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Strong experience with Jamf Pro (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows).
- Solid knowledge of macOS and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience with SSO, MDM, identity & access management, and endpoint compliance.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience creating technical documentation and SOPs.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Experience with scripting (Bash or PowerShell) and automation tools.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar service management platforms.
Location: On-site (London & Brighton, UK)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time - Contract
