The Role: Pallet Operative
Location: Coventry CV3
Salary:
Scale 1:£30,000 Starting wage
Scale 2: £31,250 After 3 months probation
Scale 3: £32,500 After 1 year of Scale 2
Working Pattern: 4 on 4 Off Days and Nights Rotation , 07:00hrs – 7:00hrs

The Role:
· Your role will be to inspect and repair pallets.
· You’ll work on site as part of a high performance, multi-skilled team
· You’ll use automated machinery and hand tools
· Maintaining our high-quality standards is essential at all times.
What do you need to apply?
· Eligibility to work in the UK
· Physically fit and enjoy hands-on work
· Self-motivated to deliver production targets
· Enjoy working as part of a team
· Reliable and enjoy taking responsibility
· Have a labouring background from the construction industry would be advantageous
· No previous experience necessary full training will be provided
