The Majors is an exciting new PRO-AM padel tournament launching in October, with an ambition to create one of the UK’s leading padel tournament experiences.
We’re looking for a confident, energetic and engaging Presenter / Content Host to become part of the journey from our very first event.
This is a unique opportunity to get involved at the beginning of a new sporting brand, working around professional and amateur players, athletes, business leaders, sponsors and personalities.
We want someone who can bring the tournament to life both in front of the crowd and in front of the camera.
The Role
You’ll help create the energy and personality of The Majors, including:
* Presenting and hosting throughout the tournament
* Interviewing players, athletes, sponsors and guests
* Creating engaging social media content and short-form interviews
* Capturing reactions and behind-the-scenes moments
* Introducing key matches, players and tournament moments
* Working alongside our media team to produce content for Instagram, TikTok and future campaigns
* Helping us develop a recognisable presenting style as The Majors grows
Who We’re Looking For
You could already be a presenter, sports host, content creator, journalist or someone building a career in media.
More importantly, you’ll be:
* Naturally confident and comfortable on camera
* Energetic, personable and able to speak to people from all backgrounds
* Quick-thinking and comfortable approaching people for interviews
* Interested in sport, entertainment and social media
* Professional but able to have fun and create a great atmosphere
Previous sports presenting experience is preferred, but personality, confidence and potential are equally important.
We particularly welcome applications from talent based across the North West and West Midlands who would be interested in growing with The Majors as we expand into further events.
