About the role
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring robust financial management and supporting strategic priorities across clinical and corporate services.

Lead the delivery of a high-quality financial management service

Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders

Support the development and implementation of financial strategies

Drive financial sustainability and performance improvement

About you
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:-

Significant experience in a finance leadership role

Strong understanding of financial management and planning

Ability to influence and work effectively with senior stakeholders

Experience of leading and developing teams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Essential:

CCAB qualification (or equivalent)

Experience within the NHS or wider public sector
