FFP have recently gone through an exciting restructure and are now seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Utilise Hubspot to log interactions, update customer records, and track service requests efficiently.
- Assist customers with account management tasks such as updates, payments, and troubleshooting issues.
- Analyse customer feedback and data to identify trends and suggest improvements in service delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling relevant financial products.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our range of financial services to provide informed advice.
- Ensure all interactions uphold the organisation’s standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in using Hubspot or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering positive customer outcomes.

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
