We’re looking for a passionate Sales Coordinator to complement our established team based in Annesley. As a Sales Coordinator, you will provide vital support in coordinating sales activity, managing administration, liaising with branches, clients and customers, and helping to ensure transactions progress as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
We are looking for an outgoing, confident and driven person who will take ownership of their workload, support the wider team, and help deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers and clients.

Key responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator
- Support branches and colleagues with sales administration from appraisal, to offer through to completion
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, branches, solicitors, and other internal departments to help progress sales
- Ensure all relevant documentation is obtained, checked and recorded accurately
- Assist with sales progression, chasing updates and helping to resolve delays where possible
- Act as a key point of contact between branches, clients and internal teams
- Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are updated in a timely manner
- Provide support to colleagues in their absence to ensure deadlines are met and service levels are maintained
- Help ensure a smooth customer journey by providing clear communication and regular updates
- Support the team with reporting, pipeline management and general administration
- Ensure compliance requirements and company processes are followed throughout the sales journey
Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Coordinator
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Excellent PC and related technology skills (Excel)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Confident and clear phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
