I’m recruiting for an established law firm in Basildon looking to add a Residential Property Paralegal to its busy property team.

- Supporting fee earners with residential sales & purchases

Dealing with freehold and leasehold matters

Handling searches, enquiries and Land Registry work

Liaising with clients, agents and other solicitors

Supporting transactions through to exchange and completion

General file and post-completion work
- Previous residential conveyancing experience

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Excellent communication and client care skills
