Your Role as a Customer Service Associate
In this dynamic role within our Collections department, you will:
- Engage with customers via telephone, email, LiveChat (WebChat), and SMS to discuss their accounts and find personalized repayment solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving disputes, and supporting customers with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed records in our system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
- Work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced call centre environment, meeting targets and managing various product types including insurance, utilities, and financial services.
- Identify and support vulnerable customers, always ensuring fair treatment in line with FCA regulations.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll shine in this role if you have:
- Previous experience in customer service or collections (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of FCA regulations and CSA best practices (an advantage).
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A team-focused mindset and the ability to multitask.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Your Work Schedule
We know work-life balance matters! That’s why we offer a flexible rotating shift pattern within our core hours:
Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday (1 in 4): 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
With a 35-hour workweek, including the option for late-start shifts (11:30 AM – 6:00 PM) on Mondays or Thursdays, your schedule can fit your lifestyle.
