Garden Building Installer Location: West Midlands (nationwide travel required) Job Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, depending on experience About the Role LouMil Garden Buildings is looking for a hardworking, reliable and motivated Garden Building Installer to join our growing team. We design and build high-quality bespoke garden rooms, annexes and outdoor buildings across the UK. No two projects are the same, so the role is varied and offers plenty of opportunities to develop your skills. Your work will include: - Installing bespoke garden buildings on customer sites. - Constructing buildings from scratch (in situ). - Assembling prefabricated buildings manufactured in our workshop. - Working within our workshop manufacturing wall panels, roof sections, floor systems and other components. - Using a wide range of hand tools and power tools. - Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality finished buildings. - Travelling to sites throughout the UK, with occasional overnight stays when required. What We're Looking For Essential: - Full UK driving licence. - No drink driving convictions on your licence. - Reliable, punctual and hard-working. - Good practical skills and a positive attitude. - Ability to work well within a team. - Comfortable using hand and power tools. Desirable: - Experience in carpentry, joinery, timber framing, roofing, cladding or general construction. - Experience using a variety of construction tools and equipment. - Experience fitting doors, windows, insulation, plasterboard or flooring. - Ability to read drawings and work accurately from plans.
