Pay: Salaried position starting at £28,288 plus 45p per mile

Are you a caring, compassionate person who wants a rewarding career helping others and leading a team? We’re looking for a Community Care Supervisor to join our friendly and supportive team.
In this role, you’ll support people in their own homes, helping them stay independent, comfortable, and safe. No two days are the same – you’ll build meaningful relationships with the people you support while making a genuine difference in their daily lives. You will also be supporting staff to meet the high standards of care that we expect, ensuring they are supported in their roles.
You will be supporting customers and Staff in Mid Devon, Wellington, Tiverton, Cullompton, Willand and surrounding villages, so a driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Care Supervisor, you will:
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support with medication administration
- Complete Care plans and care reviews
- Assist with light household tasks
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Encourage independence and confidence
- Communicate with customers and the wider care team
- Complete spot checks, medication checks and supervisions with care staff
- Work both out on the field and from the office
