We are now looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team and help manage customer bookings and enquiries.
Job Description
As a Customer Bookings Coordinator at Drift Limits Ltd, your primary role will be assisting customers with their booking journey. This includes answering incoming phone calls and WhatsApp messages, processing bookings, and ensuring customers receive clear and helpful information about their driving experience.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them select experiences, complete bookings, and resolve any questions they may have before their event. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several enquiries at once in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to WhatsApp messages from customers in a professional and helpful manner.
- Assist customers throughout the booking journey, including selecting experiences and completing reservations.
- Process bookings and amendments accurately within our internal systems.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Manage and update the bookings calendar to ensure smooth operation of our event days.
- Provide clear guidance to customers regarding their booking details, arrival information, and event procedures.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and work towards practical resolutions.
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks where required.
- Provide occasional reception cover when needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service, bookings, or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident answering phone calls and managing customer conversations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Good attention to detail when processing bookings and customer information.
- Competent with computers and common office software.
- An interest in cars or motorsport is beneficial but not essential.
Working Hours and Compensation
- Full-time position – 5 days per week
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 08:00 – 17:00 (one hour lunch break)
- Holiday entitlement of 28 days, including bank holidays
