TPI Relationship Manager – TPI Partnerships
Location: Chelmsford UK
Reporting to: Directors
Role Purpose
We are looking for a commercially driven TPI Relationship Manager to develop and grow relationships with Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs), energy brokers and consultants across the UK market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of opportunities through broker channels, increasing sales volumes, and ensuring TPIs receive a high-quality service throughout the customer journey. They will act as the key point of contact between the business and its broker partners, helping to drive profitable growth while maintaining strong market relationships.
Key Responsibilities
TPI Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing TPIs, energy brokers and procurement consultants.
- Identify and onboard new broker partners to expand market reach.
- Conduct regular face-to-face and virtual meetings with broker partners.
- Act as the primary escalation point for broker queries and service issues.
- Ensure TPIs are fully informed of products, pricing strategies, market developments and business initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Proven sales or business development experience ideally within the UK energy market.
- Experience working with TPIs, energy brokers or procurement consultants.
- Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused and results-driven.
- Existing broker network would be advantageous.
