Responsibilities
- Support clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Assist in developing and following personalized care plans to meet each individual’s specific needs and preferences.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and social engagement.
- Maintain clear communication with colleagues, clients, and families to ensure consistent and effective care delivery.
- Use IT tools to update records, document care activities, and track progress accurately.
- Drive clients safely to appointments or outings when required, ensuring compliance with road safety standards.
- Contribute to creating a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a care home or providing home care support is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to operate IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Valid driving license with the ability to drive clients when necessary.
- Familiarity with developing or following care plans to deliver tailored support.
- Experience working with diverse populations in healthcare settings is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: £12.70-£14.05 per hour
