Duties
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health and care risk management and compliance programs to support RFR Professionals clients’ Organisational objectives and regulatory requirements. Monitor and evaluatee health and care compliance frameworks with healthcare legislation, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Conduct regular care and health risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal audits to identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement. ·
- Analyse operational, care and clinical risks, developing corrective and preventive action plans to mitigate vulnerabilities and strengthen RFR Professionals clients’ Organisational controls.
- Ensure RFR Professionals clients’ compliance compliance with regulatory authorities including Care Quality Commission (CQC), healthcare standards, accreditation requirements, and industry best practices. ·
- Investigatee clients’ incidents, complaints, compliance breaches, and adverse events, providing detailed findings, reports, and recommendations to clients’ management. ·
- Design and deliver clients’ care and health compliance, governance, and risk awareness training programs to enhance staff knowledge and accountability. ·
- Collaboratee with clients’ care, clinical, operational, administrative, and legal teams to strengthen governance frameworks and improve Organisational processes. ·
- Maintain clients accurate records, documentation, and reporting systems to support audits, inspections, accreditation reviews, and regulatory submissions. ·
- Monitor clients change in health and care regulations and industry requirements, implementing policy and procedural updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
Experience
- A degree in medical sciences, pharmacy, pharmacology or Nursing
- At least 10 years hands on experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance; and Healthcare Regulatory Oversight ·
- A highly motivated self-starter that can work alone as well as in team
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to write a technical report in
- simple English for non-technical audience. ·
- Ability to manage different stakeholders in a multi-national environment ·
