Elements Care Services Limited are looking for Residential Support Workers to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people in our homes.
You’ll support young people (typically 7–18) with all aspects of daily life – from routines, hobbies and friendships to education, emotional wellbeing and practical life skills. You’ll be a consistent, positive role model, helping them feel safe, heard and supported to reach their potential.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a children’s residential setting or closely related service.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage challenging behaviour calmly and consistently.
- Level 3 or 4 qualification in Residential Childcare/Children & Young People/Health & Social Care (or similar).
- Confident leadership, communication and recording skills, with competent IT use.
- Flexibility to work a 40-hour rota including days, lates, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
- Full UK driving licence (desirable).
- Age 21+ to meet regulatory requirements.
