Deliver excellent service in the forest
We're looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our conference centre - The Venue. You'll handle guest queries efficiently, manage reception duties and provide administrative support, while occasionally assisting with event service delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Maintain reception area and update signage / marketing materials
- Handle admin tasks and coordinate with internal teams
- Support event delivery and front-of-house operations

Your working hours
- Part-time
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- These shifts will typically fall between Mondays and Fridays but will include working the occasional weekend
- You may also be required to work Christmas Day and New Years Eve
About you
- Naturally friendly with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in customer-facing or corporate events roles
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively and under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
