As a Technical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Research & Development team. You will report to Head of Regulatory & Safety and collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Documentation approval: Ensures all documentations are submitted appropriately on our regulatory portals and maintain information on the relevant systems.

Processes & Governance: Track all activities and documentation submissions ensuring traceability and clear reporting.

Communication facilitation: Responsible to review and maintain the team’s e-mail inboxes, facilitating regulatory portals updates and artwork release, delivering on time and prioritised activities.

Budget facilitation: Creates and facilitates purchase orders for the Product Integrity department, working with the leadership team and ensuring clear budget governance and on time delivery of costs.

Team support: Collaborate with team members to drive progress and innovation in our product development processes.

Recent graduate in a science subject (Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)

Experience managing and prioritising a varied workload

Adopt a pragmatic, logical and enthusiastic approach to problem solving

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent IT skills and management of office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability

Ability to work well on your own and as part of a team

Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry

Familiarity with regulatory processes and documentation
