Capitrad Advisors Limited is looking to work with an experienced and motivated Self-Employed Mortgage Adviser to support the continued growth of the business.
This is a flexible self-employed opportunity suited to advisers who are confident handling residential, buy-to-let and specialist mortgage enquiries while working independently with the support of an established brokerage structure.
The role would suit someone who is already writing business or looking to build their own client base with flexibility and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on suitable mortgage and protection solutions based on their needs and circumstances
- Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion
- Assessing affordability, credit profile and lender suitability
- Preparing and submitting mortgage applications
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and clients throughout the process
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance standards
- Generating business through networking, introducers, social media and personal contacts
- Providing a professional and client-focused service at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser or in a similar mortgage-related role
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent recognised qualification) preferred
- Strong understanding of residential and buy-to-let mortgage products
- Ability to work independently and manage own pipeline
- Good communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and commercially driven mindset
- Existing client bank or introducer relationships would be advantageous but not essential
