We are a busy, family-friendly barber shop in Hertfordshire, looking for a skilled and reliable Barber to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming atmosphere and delivering high-quality haircuts and excellent customer service to clients of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of barbering services, including skin fades, classic cuts, beard trims, scissor cuts and styling.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain a clean, organised and hygienic workstation at all times.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are cleaned and sanitised in line with hygiene standards.
- Manage appointments and walk-in customers efficiently.
- Work as part of a friendly and supportive team.
- Represent the shop professionally and contribute e to a positive customer experience.
Requirments
Minimum 1 year's barbering experience.
Confident is all aspects of modern barbering.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, punctual and professional.
Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about delivering consistently high standards.
