Main Purpose of Job:
Fettling parts to achieve the required quality standard. Assemble / disassemble tools.
Key Tasks and Accountabilities:

Fettle parts to the agreed standard.

Fixing tools into press

Taking tools out of press
-
Fill in tool log data
-
Putting dies on warming pan adhering to forge plan
-
Daily Adherence to work to list and dock plan.
-
Adherence to EHS policies.
-
Complete daily equipment pre use checks in line with EHS policy.

Any other duties as required.

Experience and Qualifications

Previous fettling experience / tool fitting would be beneficial
-
Forklift truck license.

Overhead crane license.
