Resin Rock is a leading manufacturer of premium shower trays, sinks and bathroom products for the microcement industry. We supply customers throughout the UK and are continuing to expand into international markets.
As our business grows, we are looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service, marketing support and general business coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in different areas of a growing company.
The Role
You will play an important part in the day to day running of the business, helping to ensure customers receive excellent service while supporting the wider team with administration, marketing and organisational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails and customer enquiries
- Creating quotations, invoices, and customer documents
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate records
- Update and manage customer databases
- Respond to online enquiries and messages
- Creating social media posts, adverts, and content
- Upload project photos and case studies to our website and social channels
- Assist with website updates and maintaining accurate product information
- Support management with general business administration
- Assist with CAD drawings and product documentation where required

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational and time management abilities
Desirable:
- Experience updating websites and online content
- Basic graphic design experience using Canva or similar software
- Experience using basic CAD software
- Previous administration or office based experience

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and skills
Pay: £13.50-£18.00 per hour
