About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across residential and commercial properties throughout Essex and London.
Responsibilities:
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Basic plumbing and electrical work
- Painting and decorating
- Carpentry and joinery repairs
- Fencing and gate repairs
- Tiling and flooring repairs
- Furniture assembly and installations
- Identifying and reporting additional repair requirements
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Requirements:
- Previous handyman or multi-trade experience
- Good knowledge of general building maintenance
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
