Summary
Due to an internal restructure we have an opportunity within our motor dealership to appoint a Bodyshop Administrator to coordinate the repairs process at our Accident Repair Centre. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with exceptional organisational skills who can work independently as well as part of a small team. There may be an opportunity to work a saturday morning on a rota basis.
Prior experience in the motor trade would be beneficial but ultimately if you have a close eye for detail, a strong track record in administration work, an ability to prioritise your workload and strong organisational skills you will be considered for this role as full training can be provided.
Hours
40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Responsibilities
- Completion of the whole administrative process from the estimates being submitted to the vehicle being handed back to the customer.
- Coordinate with the bodyshop manager to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion.
- Making repair bookings, ordering parts and ensuring the whole repair process is as time efficient as possible.
- Keeping customers up to date at all stages of the repair process from the point of the initial enquiry till the end of the repair.
- Dealing with any customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and vehicle history.
- Invoicing of all repairs, ensuring repairs match the estimate and ensuring the insurance company have all the information provided to settle the account
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with cash handling and basic administrative tasks.
- A friendly, professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Pay: £26,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
