About Us
We are an established pest management business based in the Midlands, providing professional pest management services across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised and proactive Key Account Coordinator to join our team.
This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work undertaken from home. Initial training will take place at our office on the outskirts of Lichfield, with attendance required on an ad hoc basis for meetings, training and business needs.
About the Role
As our Key Account Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operation of the business. Working closely with service specialists, suppliers and management, you will manage client accounts, support operational activities, maintain accurate records and business systems, and monitor performance to ensure services are delivered efficiently.
The role combines customer service, administration, scheduling, data management and operational support. It requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the business
- Process service requests, orders, quotations, invoices and account information accurately
- Maintain accurate client records across company systems and databases
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets and business documentation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce management reports
- Assist with compliance, health and safety administration and company record management
- Support the implementation of new systems, processes and business improvements
- Work with colleagues to maintain efficient business operations and a high standard of customer service
- Undertake other administrative duties as required
About You
You will have strong organisational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Essential
- Previous experience in an administration, operations, accounts coordination or customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

- Experience using CRM or field service management software
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software
- Knowledge of Health & Safety processes
- Experience within a service-based business, such as pest control, facilities management or property maintenance
