The Opportunity
As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the mortgage process, delivering tailored advice and exceptional service. Our advisors have access to the full support of in house case managers and administrators and are not responsible for making lender applications or the progression of cases. This allows them to focus their time on helping clients and not getting swamped with admin.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £32000–£40,000 (based on experience)
- Guaranteed commission for first 6 months to allow for trail to build up
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £87000, based on 3 appointments per day
- Holiday: 6 weeks plus an additional discretionary week off over Christmas

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for client success. Our ideal candidate is:
- Qualified: CeMAP Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Experienced: At least 1 year in mortgage advising and a solid understanding of FCA rules and requirements
- A Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive: A team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Your Skills & Expertise
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building abilities
- High attention to detail with exceptional organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer systems, telephony, and online platforms
- Solid knowledge of mortgage applications, completion processes, and financial services
- Empathy and professionalism in dealing with clients' diverse needs
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored mortgage advice while adhering to FCA regulations and company policies
- Build lasting relationships with clients, lenders, and introducers
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain comprehensive client records
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and regulatory changes
- Meet monthly targets with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Collaborate with our team to uphold our high standards of professionalism and integrity
