Skilled Tractor Driver - Law Fertilisers Ltd
Pay: Starting at £16.00 per hour, rising to £20.00 per hour depending on experience - fully experienced operators considered at the higher rate from day one.
Law Fertilisers Ltd is looking for a hard-working, reliable Skilled Tractor Driver to join our team, working across farm fields throughout East Anglia from our base in March, Cambridgeshire.
The Role
You'll be operating our Bredal spreading system, loaded via a crane loading system, applying fertiliser accurately and efficiently across a variety of farm locations throughout East Anglia. Full training on our equipment will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating tractor and Bredal fertiliser spreading equipment across farm fields in East Anglia
- Loading the spreader using a crane loading system
- Ensuring accurate and consistent fertiliser applications onto farm fields
- Carrying out basic daily checks on equipment
- Communicating with the team and farm customers professionally
- Travelling to farm locations across the region
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience operating a tractor - essential
- Ideally with fertiliser spreading experience onto farm fields
- Comfortable operating crane
- Hard working, reliable and self-motivated
- Able to work independently out in the field
- A practical, can-do attitude with a genuine interest in agriculture
- Full UK driving licence
