LABOURER (Roofing)
We are a Roofing Company with a large client base/lots of work.
We are looking for a Roofing ‘Labourer’, ideally someone local to Hertford, who can team up with a Roofer in the area. There may also be an option (dependant on age) to drive one of our vehicles to make stock collection/deliveries whilst also labouring for our Roofers.
· Do you live within 10 miles of Hertford?
· You must be physically fit.
· You must be reliable, hardworking and keen to learn.
· Ideally you will have a Full UK Driving Licence (manual vehicles).
· You must have your own vehicle/transport so you can get to the meeting points for pick up.
· You will need a Green ‘Labourer’ CSCS card, which is not essential to start, but you are expected to obtain.

· Regular Work, All Year Round.

Pay Range
· Base: £100 to £130 per day (Dependant on Skills & CSCS Card)
· Enhanced Base: £110 - £140 per day (Dependant on Job Site)
· Weekly Pay: £500 - £650 (Mon-Fri)
· Weekly OTE: £500 - £760 (Mon-Fri with Job Incentives)
· Annual OTE: £26,000 - £39,520
