About the Role
We are looking for compassionate and motivated Nurses to join our team at Oak View, on a bank-worker basis. This is an exciting opportunity for nurses who are passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care in a supportive and well‑staffed clinical environment. You will play an essential role in ensuring safe, effective and evidence‑based practice across the Service.
There will also be shifts available at our sister home, Moorland, in Waunarllwyd, Swansea.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑standard nursing care to service users in line with NMC/CIW guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Safely administer medications and treatments.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Offer emotional support and clear communication to patients and families.
- Uphold infection‑control and safeguarding standards.
About You
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN..
- Strong assessment, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining excellent patient care.
