Personal Assistants wanted to support vulnerable adults out in the community. If you are looking for a rewarding job that gives great satisfaction enabling people to access the community and attend activities, making a huge difference to their lives, then this is the job for you.
The hours are various dependant on each client and Personal Assistants (PA's) can build up their clientele, allowing you to work just a few hours a week or full-time hours. We are not an agency. This means that you will let us know what clients you are interested in meeting and we will set up a meeting with you and the client and if you both feel happy to go ahead, you will then support that client, enabling you to build up a relationship and trust with the client. Many of our PA's have worked with the same clients for many years and feel part of the family.
We have many fantastic PA's that work with various clients but they do not have the availability to take anymore clients on and this is why we are advertising on a regular basis. We receive referrals from Health and Social Care and from private clients sometimes on a daily basis, so good PA's are always needed to help support these clients.
Some of our clients just need support to access the community and some have more complex needs and may need support with personal care, cleaning and learning independent living skills. Our clients are at various ages from 3 years old up to 98 years old, some have learning disabilities, some have physical disabilities and some clients have both. Some clients may have just one PA supporting them and some may have a team of PA's supporting them depending on their needs.

Car drivers are preferred. No experience is necessarily as it is more important that you have a caring and compassionate nature. We have vacancies in Grimsby and surrounding areas including Cleethorpes, Waltham, New Waltham, Laceby, Immingham.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
