Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Support clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and light household tasks
- Follow detailed care plans tailored to each individual’s needs to ensure consistent and effective support
- Maintain clear and respectful communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Use IT tools to update care records accurately and promptly after each visit
- Assist with client's medication
- Promote independence by encouraging clients to participate in activities suited to their abilities
Skills
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care services is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided
- Ability to understand and follow detailed care plans while adapting to individual needs
- Strong communication skills in English for effective interaction with clients and team members
- Proficiency with IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring, respectful approach towards clients of all backgrounds
- Good organizational skills to manage schedules efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
