Trainee Property Manager - Leading Estate Agent in North London
Candidates must be based within a 30 minute drive/commute to Finchley N3
*Experience with Property Management, Lettings or a related industry is preferred*
Salary package up to £30,000 per annum including bonuses
Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 17:30 or 9:30 - 18:00
Work from home 1 day a week after passing probation
*Current employees feel their training has been excellent*
Trainee Property Manager duties include:
* Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instruct approved contractors
* Carrying out property inspections
* Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, contractors
* Renewing safety certifications and contracts
* Issuing section notices
* Organising check ins/outs and inventories
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
