The Record Factory is a vibrant late-night bar located on Byres Road in the heart of Glasgow's West End. With a large and busy beer garden and a versatile events space, we regularly host student nights, live music gigs, major sporting events, and DJs every Friday and Saturday night.
We are currently looking for two full time Duty Managers to join our team. Around 30-40hrs per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the venue
- Cashing up and end-of-day financial procedures
- Supervising and managing the team during shifts
- Supporting senior management with the day-to-day running of the venue
- Ensuring excellent customer service and smooth venue operations
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and compliance
Requirements
- A minimum of one year's experience in a supervisory or management role within a fast-paced hospitality venue
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
