Role Overview
The Admin & Framework Coordinator is responsible for managing framework contracts and providing administrative and operational support to ensure the business meets performance requirements and contractual obligations. This role oversees the submission of applications, returns and documentation in line with framework agreements, ensuring all requirements are met accurately and on time. The role is also accountable for supporting performance against agreed KPIs, monitoring compliance, document control and ensuring efficient and effective payment processes. By coordinating with internal teams, clients and framework providers, the Admin & Framework Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, operational compliance and financial efficiency across the business.
Strategic Leadership
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Identifies operational or contractual issues and implements effective solutions.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Makes informed decisions to improve framework performance, efficiency, and compliance.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures all applications, submissions and documentation are accurate and complete. Keen eye for interrogating information prior to client submissions to maximise revenue and the contract.
- Adaptability: Responds effectively to changing framework requirements, priorities and deadlines.
- Communication: Liaises clearly and professionally with internal teams, clients and framework providers. Key stakeholder management and the ability to influence decision making.
- Motivation: Aligned to the KPI’s and always ensure delivery for the good of the contract and the business.
Organisational Development
- Collaboration: Works closely with operations, finance and commercial teams to ensure aligned delivery and success.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Risk Management: Identifies contractual, financial and compliance risks and mitigates them proactively. When these risks cannot be mitigated, they are escalated timely and correctly.
- Compliance: Ensures all framework activities meet contractual, legal and company standards.
- H&S: Supports the integration of health and safety requirements into framework compliance where applicable.
Operations & Systems
The Admin & Framework Coordinator must have strong knowledge of framework contracts, contract administration and KPI management within a regulated operational environment. They should understand application and submission processes, performance reporting requirements and payment mechanisms. Knowledge of compliance standards, audit requirements and governance processes is essential. The role also requires familiarity with finance processes, invoicing and payment cycles, as well as the operational environment of temporary traffic management to ensure alignment between contractual commitments and service delivery.
- REPS Resourcing Platform: ICT literacy is essential; however, full training will be given on the REPS resourcing platform. Utilisation of this system is key to running a successful Framework Contract.

Hours of Work: Full time, Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00 with 30mins for lunch (47.5hrs per week)
Salary: Dependant on experience and to be discussed at interview stage.
The successful candidate would be subject to a 6 month probationary period.
