Why this role matters
As the After Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance, service support, repairs, and spare parts. You will play a highly respected role in ensuring customer issues are triaged effectively, assigned appropriately, and resolved in a timely manner.
Working closely with our friendly field service engineers, our impressive technical specialists, and our superb internal operational teams, you will coordinate all aspects of the customer support journey, ensuring customers remain informed and confident throughout the process.
You don't need to be an engineer or already know our technology. You will have support from experienced colleagues and we will provide the basic product and technical training you need to understand our systems and confidently coordinate customer support.
This is a highly visible role that combines customer service, technical coordination, administration, and operational support.
You will be at the centre of our customer support operation, helping customers get the best from energy-storage technology that reduces fuel consumption, emissions and fights climate change.
