Hafren Security Fasteners is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and deliver profitable growth.
The role is focused on growing our existing distributor accounts, managing team performance and ensuring a disciplined sales and CRM process.
Key responsibilities
- Carry and deliver the sales target for the team.
- Lead, manage and hold the sales team accountable.
- Grow existing accounts by increasing product range, order frequency and volume.
- Turn sales targets into clear account and activity plans.
- Ensure calls, outcomes and dated next steps are recorded in the CRM.
- Maintain accurate account plans, pipelines and sales forecasts.
- Monitor revenue, gross profit, pricing and customer profitability.
- Run daily huddles, regular one-to-ones and call reviews.
- Coach the team and address underperformance promptly.
- Join important customer calls, lead when required and then hand ownership back to the salesperson.
- Build strong relationships with key distributor contacts.
What we are looking for
- Experience leading a sales team and carrying the number for that team.
- Clear evidence of target versus actual attainment.
- A proven record of growing existing accounts—not simply maintaining them or taking orders.
- Strong CRM and sales-process discipline.
- Experience managing, coaching and developing salespeople.
- The credibility to lead live customer calls and support complex opportunities.
- Good commercial understanding of pricing, margin and profitability.
- B2B distribution experience would be an advantage.
