We are seeking a motivated Band 6 Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join our dedicated non-rotational Trauma and Orthopaedic Physiotherapy Team at Frimley Park Hospital .
Our department is part of one of the largest orthopaedic services in South East England, with over 25 Orthopaedic Consultants supported by a highly skilled team of 14 Physiotherapists . As a designated Trauma Unit within the South West London and Surrey Trauma Network , we manage a diverse and exciting caseload, offering excellent opportunities to develop advanced clinical skills and specialist expertise.
Working closely with surgeons, nurses, occupational therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in delivering evidence-based rehabilitation and helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes.

To provide a high standard physiotherapy service in assessing and treating patients who may have a complex presentation.
To supervise and teach recently qualified physiotherapists/technicians/assistants and students and be involved in teaching MDT staff.
To participate in CPD and other departmental activities.
Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services, assessing and treating patients, including those with complex needs, using evidence-based practice.
Undertake comprehensive patient assessments, formulate individualised management and treatment plans, and implement a range of specialised interventions.
Maintain professional and legal accountability for all aspects of clinical practice, including accurate patient documentation and adherence to professional guidelines.
Demonstrate expertise in clinical governance and risk management, ensuring that treatment plans are supported by current evidence.
