Paralegal – Residential and Commercial Property

Salary – £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Full time or part time role (flexible)
We’re looking for a paralegal to join our existing team as we go through a period of organic growth. The role will be integral to our residential and commercial property department as we head into the next exciting stage of our journey.
This role will offer exposure to a wide range of client matters and cases and is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career working on complex and engaging legal matters in a reputable and growing firm.
What will your role look like?
You will be responsible for:
- Working closely with and providing support to our experienced team on a wide array of residential and commercial property matters such as freehold, leasehold, re-mortgages, shared ownership, transfer of equity, sales and purchases
- Document reviews and conducting legal research, assisting with preparation of client reports
- Communicating with clients, estate agents and legal professionals through the conveyancing life cycle, from instruction to completion
- The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to further their knowledge base and skills on matters within the field of property law
About you
We are looking for someone who has:
- Legal experience, ideally within a residential conveyancing or commercial property department (although not strictly necessary)
- Experience with a case management system
- Strong client communication
