Ice Comms is a dynamic and growing B2B telecommunications provider offering mobile solutions, landlines, and broadband services to businesses across the UK. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding experience to our clients.
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our business customers, providing support, resolving queries, and ensuring they receive the highest level of service. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organised, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and account details
- Log and resolve customer issues promptly, escalating where necessary
- Maintain customer records and update internal systems
- Support the onboarding and connection process for new and existing clients
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Deliver a positive, professional, and solutions-focused service every time
About You
- Previous customer service experience (office-based preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Confident using computer systems and CRM tools
- Telecoms experience (mobiles, landlines, broadband) is advantageous, but not essential
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
