We are currently seeking a motivated and customer focused individual to join our team as a full time Customer Service Representative.
In this fast-paced processing environment, you will manage the end-to-end order process, respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, and ensure accurate and on time delivery of our products. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Duties include:
- Primary point of contact for customers, handling all enquiries via email and telephone
- Facilitating quote and order pipelines within our CRM system (HubSpot)
- Preparing customer quotes and orders in our ERP system (SAP B1)
- Maintaining data and tracking customer interactions, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Managing customer bespoke order requirements including using customer portals
- Managing customer documentation requirements
- Dealing with customer queries, including order status, expediting, and proof of deliveries
- Maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and other documentation as required
Working Hours:
· 37.5 hours per week
· Monday to Friday
· Flexible start time between 7.30am and 8.30am (3-week rota working 8.30am to 5pm)
Qualifications and Skills
Essential
- Previous experience of working in Customer Service, Internal Sales or similar fast paced processing environment.
- Experience of working with SAP B1 or a similar ERP system.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Rigorous attention to detail.
- Good communications skills, both written and verbal.
