About the Role
BenAstro Group is looking for a motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for recruitment, enjoys building relationships, and can source high-quality healthcare professionals for clients across the UK.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can speak multiple languages, especially European languages, as the role involves recruiting candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview, and place Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms and social media.
- Conduct compliance checks, including Right to Work, DBS, references, and onboarding documentation.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Work towards recruitment targets and KPIs while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Support the growth of the healthcare division by attracting new talent and maintaining an active candidate database.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or recruitment agency environment.
- Ability to speak English and at least one additional language.
- European language skills are highly desirable (e.g. Romanian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Slovak, Czech, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Confident using job boards, Microsoft Office, and recruitment systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK.

Pay: £24,420.00-£44,523.71 per year
