I am seeking a compassionate and dedicated Private Carer to provide personalised care and support to me in my own home. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be attentive to my needs and have a genuine desire to help to improve the quality of my life. Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised home care services in accordance with my individual care plan,, ensuring my comfort and well-being.
- Assist with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, dressing, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support fostering a positive environment.
- Support with light household tasks, including meal preparation and light cleaning, as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns or changes in my condition to relevant healthcare professionals.
- Drive me to appointments or social activities safely and punctually, ensuring adherence to all road safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with myself my family members, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Some Knowledge of Stoma & Supra Pubic Catheter care advantageous
Requirements
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
- At least 2 years Experience in the Private Care Sector or working within a care home or providing home care services is advantageous.
- Ability to develop and follow personalised care plans tailored to my individual needs.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for clear communication.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach towards myself
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently while respecting client confidentiality.
