We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Multi Skilled Builder to join our clients team based in the Stafford area!
Our client is a well-established and reputable estate agency looking to expand their in-house maintenance team.
We are pleased to be able to offer this position on a full time, permanent basis. Therefore, if successful, you will be employed directly by our client on a permanent contact.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be responsible for a mixture of repair, maintenance and small-scale improvement works.
This could consist of:
- General roofing repairs
- Plastering / tiling
- Brick Work
- Operating a digger / cherry picker
- General maintenance work
The role is mixed and varied, all supported by an in-house maintenance team.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
Pay:
£35,000.00 per year.

Experience / qualifications required:
- You must have experience in general buildings / maintenance work.
- You must hold a CSCS card.
- Hold an NVQ L2 or equivalent.
