We are seeking a proactive and service-focused MAC Coordinator to support the delivery of Moves and Changes, occupancy management, andworkplace change activities across the UK estate. The role will help coordinatemove requests from start to finish, maintain accurate occupancy data, supportreporting, and work closely with FM, Workplace Services, Real Estate,stakeholders, end users, and external suppliers to ensure a smooth andprofessional workplace experience. The role will also provide general supportfor ad hoc CAD requests and contribute to small project work as needed, underguidance from a senior MAC team member.
RoleSummary:Keyresponsibilities include:
Supporting the MAC Leadwith moves, changes, occupancy management, and minor project activity.
Helping deliver UK movesfrom initial request through to completion, aligned with internal processes andservice expectations.
Maintaining and updatingthe ManhattanOccupancy Management system .
Acting as a point ofcontact and escalation route for CBRE across occupancy and MAC-relatedprocesses.
Building strongrelationships with stakeholders across Jefferies, CBRE teams, WorkplaceServices, Real Estate, and end users.
Reporting on occupancyinformation, MAC activity, and minor project progress.
Assisting with test fitsacross the client’s Real Estate portfolio
Managing offsitefurniture storage with external suppliers and monitoring stock levels.
Ensuring deliveryagainst contract requirements, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting obligations.
ExperienceRequired:
Experience working in a similar service-focused rolewithin a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills and the ability tomaintain high service standards with colleagues and stakeholders.
AutoCAD experience.
Experience managing/coordinating workplace moves,changes and occupancy processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and deliverwork to agreed outcomes and deadlines.
Strong administrative and reporting capability,particularly around occupancy data, MAC activities, and project progress.
High level of Microsoft computer literacy, includingExcel, PowerPoint, Word.
Ability to build and maintainpositive relationships with internal teams, client stakeholders, end users, andexternal suppliers.
Desirable
Previous experiencewithin Bankingor Professional Services environments.
Experience using ormaintaining an occupancy management system/desk booking tool, specifically Manhattan One/SpaceScheduler
Knowledge of furnituresystems, reconfiguration processes, and workplace furniture stock management.
Experience working in orsupporting a trading floor environment.
Experience managingoffsite storage and liaising with external suppliers.
