Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence in facility upkeep and operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple departments, ensuring timely completion of repairs and inspections
- Manage maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands
- Supervise maintenance technicians and contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work standards
- Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Review technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system manuals to diagnose issues accurately and implement solutions
- Develop and monitor preventative maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce unexpected failures
- Lead project management efforts for upgrades or new installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising maintenance teams or technical staff
- Solid project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience to troubleshoot complex systems effectively
- Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for electrical and mechanical systems
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation control systems
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills in English to coordinate teams and liaise with stakeholders
- Prior experience in maintenance or facilities management within industrial or manufacturing environments is highly desirable
