Overview
Attention to detail is vital in this full-time role, and skills such as problem-solving, time management, and excellent organisation are also required. Due to the field we work in, an extremely high level of confidentiality in this role is required, both internally and externally. This role will be part of a team, so ability to work with different people/styles is also important.
We fully support ongoing study and longer-term career progression and there are significant opportunities to grow with the business, including additional qualifications such as AAT.
Important: this does not offer a career path into a traditional accountant role but instead offers opportunity to work with management accounts that are reflective of a fast paced, dynamic and growing business, and help shape the strategic future of the business
Responsibilities:
- Raise and chase client invoices following correct procedures
- Reconciling bank statements on Xero
- Managing payments from suppliers, commission earnt by employees, and ensuring our systems are kept up to date.
- Work directly with rest of accounts team to manage shared inbox and ensure relevant information is correct and up to date
Experience
A positive, ‘can do’ attitude with great interpersonal skills to be able to help link and unify multiple areas of the business.

Our office is based in Walton on Thames and this role is a hybrid working position with 3 days in the office and the flexibility to work 2 days a week from home. Our office hours are 8.30am to 5pm*
