We are looking for a full-time Mobility Specialist with a driving licence and eligibility for a DBS check, ideally with experience in prescriptive wheelchairs and powerchairs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable mobility products to meet their individual needs.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features with clarity and empathy.
- Maintain in-store displays and ensure products are presented professionally.
- Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support customers with after-sales service, including warranties, maintenance advice, and prescriptive mobility solutions.
- Keep up-to-date with new products and industry developments.
Skills and Experience
Must-have:
- Full UK driving licence valid for operational duties (some vehicle use may be necessary)
- Eligibility for a DBS check (Standard or Enhanced depending on customer contact/role requirements)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with mobility products, prescriptive wheelchairs, or healthcare equipment is strongly desirable.
- Empathetic and patient approach when supporting customers with mobility needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic technical aptitude to safely demonstrate and explain products.
Nice-to-have:
- Past experience with powerchairs and complex mobility solutions.

Hours & Location
- Full-time positions only.
- Based at our Shefford store; occasional travel may be required as part of role responsibilities.
