Customer Service Specialist

The Role
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You’ll work across a variety of tasks, from processing orders to maintaining accurate system data, all while playing a key role in keeping our service standards high.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and processing customer orders with accuracy.
- Preparing and issuing monthly invoices.
- Capturing and monitoring SLA data.
- Producing and distributing weekly feedback reports.
- Maintaining systems and master data, including customer records.
- Supporting the wider team with additional tasks as required.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
Additional Information
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (8:30-17:00/9:00-17:30)
