Qualifications & Requirements
- Commitment: Ability to work 5 full days per week (Monday – Friday) is essential.
- Communication: Confidence in speaking English to represent national brands to the public professionally.
- Location: Must be able to travel to the Central Bournemouth office daily for morning strategy sessions.
- No Experience Required: Full trainee development and mentorship are provided from day one.
- Transferable Skills: Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, or admin are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
Your role is designed to be active, social, and results-oriented:
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of household brands within event-based settings to increase market presence.
- Customer Acquisition: Build rapport with potential customers and professionally guide them through the sign-up process.
- Daily Briefings: Attend morning sessions at the Bournemouth office for skill development, strategy, and coaching.
- Digital Administration: Accurately manage daily documentation and customer registrations using digital tablets.
- Performance Tracking: Work closely with mentors to monitor your results and consistently hit personal and team goals.
