We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor who loves working with people, enjoys achieving results and wants to build a rewarding career within luxury retail.
The Role
As a Sales Advisor you'll become part of a close-knit team where customer service always comes first.
You'll welcome customers, discover their needs, tell the story behind our jewellery and guide them towards pieces they'll treasure for years to come.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Build genuine relationships with customers.
- Help customers choose jewellery, watches and gifts for every occasion.
- Share the stories behind our brands, diamonds and gemstones.
- Recommend complementary products naturally and confidently.
- Process sales accurately and professionally.
- Assist with jewellery repairs and customer aftercare enquiries.
- Help maintain beautiful window and in-store displays.
- Keep the showroom immaculate and luxury retail standards high.
- Support stock management and merchandising.
- Work together with colleagues to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Previous jewellery experience is welcomed but not essential. Experience in premium retail, fashion, hospitality or customer service would also be highly valued.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude and a genuine passion for helping people.
