Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Manager to lead and oversee our care services, ensuring the highest standards of patient and resident care are maintained at all times. This pivotal role involves managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a strong passion for senior and disability care, with extensive experience in assisted living, dementia, hospice, and other specialized care settings. Responsibilities
- Lead the overall management of care facilities or services, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional quality of care.
- Supervise and support multidisciplinary teams, including caregivers, nurses, and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including Alzheimer's care, dementia support, and assistance for individuals with disabilities.
- Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, licensing standards, and organizational policies.
- Oversee medication administration processes, medical imaging procedures, laboratory testing protocols, and other clinical activities to guarantee patient safety.
- Manage case management responsibilities by coordinating services for clients requiring complex or long-term care solutions.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain compliance with regulatory bodies and internal quality standards.
- Promote continuous staff training on topics such as anatomy knowledge, patient care techniques, assisted living best practices, and emergency response procedures.
- Engage with families, healthcare professionals, and community resources to support holistic care delivery.
Skills
- Proven experience in assisted living environments with a strong background in senior care and hospice services.
- Extensive knowledge of dementia care practices including Alzheimer's disease management.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within healthcare or social service settings; supervising staff effectively.
- Familiarity with managing patients with disabilities across various age groups including toddlers when applicable.
- Strong understanding of anatomy principles relevant to patient care activities.
- Experience working in nursing homes or home care environments with a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Competence in medication administration protocols along with laboratory experience or medical imaging procedures as needed.
- Ability to coordinate complex case management plans involving multiple service providers.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with residents’ families, healthcare professionals, and regulatory agencies.

Pay: £36,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
